Old Course Hotel in St Andrews, a luxury 5-star resort, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our culinary team behind the Road Hole Restaurant. You will own your section within our 3 AA Rosette kitchen, delivering exceptional quality, consistency and presentation as part of a talented brigade.
