People & Inclusion Deputy Director — Hybrid Role

The Environment Agency is driving its EA2030 transformation with a focus on People, Inclusion and capability building. The deputy director role leads core people services, partners with Defra HR, and steers resourcing, diversity and inclusion programs, and learning initiatives.

You will manage a team of around 80 and six senior managers, shaping culture and strategy across the organisation. Travel to meetings is expected; remote/hybrid options available; secondment possible; strong engagement
