Senior Serious Injury Lawyer & Team Leader (Nottingham)

Thompsons Solicitors is seeking a Serious Injury Principal Lawyer based in Nottingham to lead and develop our Midlands team. You will supervise, guide and manage a high-value serious injury caseload, ensuring best practice in client care and case progression from interview to settlement.

You will provide strategic input, manage WIP and billing, and work with unions, members and private clients while driving business development and training needs across the branch.
