Welcome Break is seeking an Assistant Manager for its forecourt operations. You will help lead the team on shifts, uphold high standards, and ensure every customer enjoys a warm welcome and great experience. This hands-on role offers training and support to grow into a Store Manager position.

You will support the Store Manager across service, safety, people and performance, coaching the team on shift, managing stock and routines, and keeping the unit clean and ready for busy periods.
