Job Description

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective sourcing of materials.
• Manage supplier relationships to maintain quality and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor and analyse market trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favourable terms.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and manage inventory levels efficiently.
• Prepare and present regular procurement reports to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain process.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Procurement Manager should have:

• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities to evaluate market data and supplier performance.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
