Multisite Pharmacist — 3 Clinics, Patient Care Leader

Prospect-Health is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist for a multisite position across three sites within a one-mile radius. The fixed-term role runs for 12 months at 45.5 hours per week.

You will dispense medications, counsel patients, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and conduct reviews to ensure safe care.
