Healthcare Account Manager — Growth & Client Success

Mercer is seeking an Account Manager (Employee Benefits) to manage and develop a portfolio of Healthcare clients. You will provide strategic consultancy, build strong client relationships and drive growth through business development and cross-selling of Mercer Marsh Benefits propositions in a hybrid role based in the UK.

Based in our Southern region offices, the role requires at least three days in the office per week and travel to meet clients.
