Advanced Clinical Practitioner – Urgent Care Lead (PT)

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to provide clinical leadership within the IUCS multi-professional team at St Leonards. The role involves complex decision-making, autonomous assessment, and involvement across telephone, video, and face-to-face patient encounters.

The post supports part-time hours (minimum 23 per week) with a 24/7 service pattern, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, and includes 12-hour shifts.
