Job Description
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll build trusted relationships with clients and candidates, delivering high‑quality recruitment solutions in a fast‑paced, commercial environment. You’ll be responsible for:
- Winning and growing client relationships through proactive business development and consultative account management.
- Attracting, assessing and engaging top candidates through targeted sourcing and networking.
- Building expertise in your market and developing a specialism.
- Working closely with a high‑performing team, sharing knowledge and driving results together.
- Owning your activity and keeping data accurate and up to date in Salesforce.
The Successful Applicant

- Experienced Recruitment Consultants with a proven track record who are ready for their next step.

- Sales professionals with at least 12 months’ experience and strong transferable skills.
