Senior ICU Occupational Therapist – Critical Care Leader

UHP NHS Trust is seeking a Band 7 Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist to work in the Critical Care unit, covering neurology, neurosurgery, stroke and acute medical pathways, requiring advanced clinical reasoning and leadership within a diverse MDT.

You will manage a complex caseload, lead junior staff, deliver targeted rehabilitation, discharge planning, and contribute to service development and audits.
