Commissioning Officer – In-Home Care for Older Adults

Herefordshire Council, based in Hereford, is seeking an experienced Commissioning Officer to join the Care in Your Home portfolio and support the council’s All Age Commissioning Team. The role focuses on commissioning activities for older adults to help them live safely and independently at home.

The post involves contract management, performance monitoring and provider engagement, with a requirement to work from Plough Lane at least one day a week.
