Commissioning Officer: Home Care for Older Adults

Herefordshire Council is seeking an experienced Commissioning Officer to join the Care in Your Home portfolio in Hereford, based at Plough Lane. You will support high-profile commissioning activities for older adults, ensuring services are person-centred, high quality and outcomes-focused.

You will manage contracts, monitor performance, lead market research and collaborate with internal teams and external providers to improve outcomes while meeting deadlines over the next 12 months.
