Banking & Finance Counsel: Lead Complex Lending Deals

Michael Page Legal is partnering with a European private credit and alternative investment manager to appoint a Banking Legal Counsel in Leeds. The role covers bridge lending, banking and secured finance, and drafting facility agreements and security documents through to completion.

The successful solicitor will manage legal risk, advise across Lending, Credit and Investment teams, and coordinate with clients and external advisers in a fast-paced environment.
