Hybrid Organisational Change & Design Lead

Michael Page is seeking an Organisation Effectiveness Partner to lead the design and execution of major organisational change initiatives. You will work with leaders to align people, structures and ways of working with business goals, delivering restructures, operating model changes and end-to-end change programmes.

You will coach senior stakeholders, manage consultation processes, and drive adoption of new structures while ensuring an inclusive colleague experience. Hybrid working is offered.
