Labourers Needed (CSCS Card & Asbestos Awareness Certificate Required) – Clitheroe
Search Consultancy are currently recruiting for Labourers to join a soft strip demolition project at a school in the Clitheroe area.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established contractor on a school refurbishment project. Previous demolition or soft strip experience is preferred, although a valid CSCS card is the minimum requirement.
Duties Will Include:
Assisting with soft strip works within a school environmentRemoving fixtures, fittings, and non-structural materialsGeneral labouring dutiesSite clearance and waste managementSegregating and disposing of materials safelyLoading and unloading materials as requiredMaintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environmentFollowing all site health and safety proceduresSupporting the site team and supervisors as required
Requirements:
Valid CSCS Card (Essential)Valid Asbestos Awareness Certificate (Essential we can provide training)Previous demolition or soft strip experience preferredGood understanding of site health and safety proceduresReliable, punctual, and hardworkingAbility to provide recent references from similar work
