Page Personnel is seeking a senior technical leader to shape a new portal claims team, owning the legal and technical strategy for OIC and MOJ portal claims and setting clear standards across the function.
You will act as the senior solicitor overseeing litigation, ensure CPR/SRA compliance, build and lead a team of around 80, and drive governance across portal and non-portal claims with opportunities to influence risk and quality. Hybrid working included.
