Job Description
- Support the preparation of financial reports and forecasts for key stakeholders.
- Assist in analysing sales, profitability, and other performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights.
- Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Monitor variances and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in the development of financial models to support business strategies.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting in compliance with company standards.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Finance Analyst should have:
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
- An understanding of financial principles and accounting standards.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and learning.
