Barchester is seeking a Head of Maintenance for a care home in the UK. The role leads a maintenance team, oversees upkeep of the building and grounds, and liaises with contractors to ensure work is completed to a high standard.

You will support the General Manager, assist with budget planning, and ensure all work respects residents’ needs. A full UK driving licence and hands-on trade skills are essential.
