Lighthouse Pedagogy Trust in Banstead is seeking a Registered Manager to open and lead a brand-new 5-bed children’s home, opening Autumn 2026, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for children with emotional and behavioural needs.

You will recruit and develop a dedicated team, drive high-quality care and lead with a Social Pedagogy ethos, supported by a QA Manager and local leadership.
