We have two vacancies available in the brand-new, state-of-the-art Seastone Ward. This position offers a 37.5-hour workweek with both day and night shifts available. What you will do:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver therapeutic interventions to young people experiencing acute mental health difficulties.
  • Develop and implement recovery-focused care plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
  • Lead shifts when necessary, providing supervision and support to Staff Nurses and Mental Health Support Workers.
  • Collaborate with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • RMN or RNLD qualification.
  • Previous experience or a strong understanding of CAMHS is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
