Empowering Teaching Assistant – Classroom Support & Growth

Protocol Education is recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support classroom teachers in Epsom. You will work one-to-one and in small groups to help pupils engage with lessons, foster inclusion, and create a positive, safe learning environment.

The ideal candidate is patient, enthusiastic, and reliable, with good communication and teamwork skills. Experience with children is desirable; commitment to high standards and ongoing CPD are valued.
