Hybrid Early Years Compliance Lead

South Gloucestershire Council’s Early Years Team is seeking a detail‑driven professional to ensure provision complies with funding entitlements and safeguarding standards. You will develop monitoring programmes, analyse data and maintain records to support compliant services for children and families.

The role is hybrid (office in Yate and home working). DBS check is required; a driving licence or reliable transport to cover the area is essential. Interviews are planned for August.
