This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded Real Estate team, providing proactive, high-level support to Partners and fee earners. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the team by managing complex diaries, coordinating client matters, supporting billing processes and delivering an exceptional level of client service.

esAs a Legal PA, you wil
- l:Provide comprehensive PA support to Partners and fee earners within the Real Estate tea
- m.Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel and resolving diary conflicts proactivel
- y.Support billing activities, matter balances and working capital management in collaboration with Finance team
- s.Assist with opening new matters, engagement letters and matter management processe
- s.Coordinate client matter inception, conflict checks and Client Due Diligence (CDD) processe
- s.Maintain accurate file management, including matter closures, archiving and ensuring compliance with firm procedure
- s.Work closely with the Business Development team to coordinate events, conferences, client meetings and marketing initiative
- s.Assist with bids, tenders, client reports, CV updates and CRM administratio
- n.Prepare meeting packs, itineraries and hospitality arrangement
- s.Delegate document production tasks and ensure work is completed accurately and on tim
- e.Use firm technology and administrative systems efficiently to support the tea
- m.Ensure compliance with the firm’s risk management and regulatory procedure
