Senior General Manager, Soft FM – Bristol Hospital

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a commercially driven General Manager to lead the South Bristol Community Hospital Soft FM contract. You will oversee cleaning, catering, portering, security, car park and retail operations to deliver excellent service.

You’ll lead a team of around 60, manage budgets and stakeholder relationships, and drive safety, quality and financial performance in a busy NHS environment.
