Aspiring Clinical Psychologist – Hendon, Barnet – September 2026
This role is for a bright, hard‑working graduate seeking experience in a supportive boys’ secondary school working with pupils aged 11‑18, including those with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Global Developmental Delay and social, emotional or communication needs.

Responsibilities
As an Aspiring Clinical Psychologist you will support boys aged 11‑18 with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, emotional regulation, learning needs, social communication and access to the secondary curriculum. You will contribute to student learning that is closely linked to individual needs and EHCP outcomes, providing targeted intervention, specialist support planning and inclusive classroom practice. The role requires a proactive, calm, resilient and confident approach when working with boys who may need consistent routines, clear communication and patient support.
Requirements
- Strong Psychology degree from a reputable university
- Genuine interest in Autism, SEND, child development, mental health or therapy
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn from teachers and SEN professionals
- Hard‑working, reflective and able to use initiative
