Job Description:
Cameron House Loch Lomond is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join a dedicated brigade based at Cameron Grill. You will start at 5:30am, prepare breakfast items, lead sections at service, ensure high quality production, and help maintain food safety and cost controls.
Experience at Demi or Chef de Partie level is preferred, with ability to work early mornings and weekends. A Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification is advantageous, with excellent teamwork and a passion for guest experience.
