Barchester Healthcare is seeking an Operational Trainer to deliver induction and ongoing development training across a regional footprint including Wokingham, Reading and Bracknell. This home-based role involves travel to care homes and independent hospitals to ensure staff can work in a person-centred and compassionate way.
You will coordinate and deliver training against Barchester objectives, maintain training files, publish calendars, and support new staff through their early development.
