Autonomous Advanced Clinical Practitioner — Primary Care Lead

OneMedical Group is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join the teams at Great Western Medical Practice and Whinhill Medical Practice in Aberdeen. This part-time role (30 hours/week) offers autonomous patient care across two GP practices with a focus on high-quality, patient-centred service.

You will assess, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, collaboratively with GPs, nurses and pharmacists, while contributing to modernising primary care services and governance.
