Psychological Professions Workforce Support Officer (0.6 WTE)

In this highly valued role, you will work closely with the Director of Psychological Services and Professions and the wider senior leadership team to help shape and support the delivery of national and local Psychological Professions priorities across Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust.
This is more than an administrative role — you’ll be a key coordinator, problem solver and trusted support for a wide range of initiatives that help develop, connect and strengthen our Psychological Professions community.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating projects that support the development of the Psychological Professions workforce.
- Producing accurate workforce data and reports to inform planning and decision-making.
- Developing guidance and standard operating procedures with professional and operational leads.
- Organising professional events, communities of practice, research events and Psychological Professions Week.
- Supporting local, regional and system-wide meetings and partnerships.
- Working with universities, professional bodies and regional networks to support workforce development.
- Creating engaging intranet content, staff resources and communications.
- Preparing high-quality reports, presentations and briefing papers.
- Managing complex diaries, meetings, events and travel arrangements.
- Supporting continuous improvement within the administrative team and identifying opportunities to streamline processes.
- Providing senior administrative and business support to the Director of Psychological Services and Professions.
