Associate HRBP: Employee Relations & Strategy

Dartford & Gravesham NHS Trust is seeking an Associate HRBP to join the HR BP and Employee Relations team. You will share responsibility for leading on employee relations case management and supporting the strategic objectives of the HRBP team.

The postholder will provide a high quality, customer focused service to managers and staff within the Trust, with a split between employee relations and strategic HR BP activities and flexibility according to service needs.
