2nd Line ICT Support Technician | Hybrid Role

Newark and Sherwood District Council is seeking an ICT 2nd Line Support Technician to provide second‑line support across the Council, resolving incidents and maintaining ICT infrastructure to ensure colleagues receive a responsive service.

You will work with a wide range of technologies including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, endpoints, servers and networks, supporting cyber security, disaster recovery and ICT projects, with hybrid working and travel within the district when required.
