Head of School Kitchen — Primary Nutrition & Service

Vertas is seeking a Head of Kitchen (Primary School) to lead the day-to-day operation of the school kitchen at Butler’s Hill Infants/Nursery, NG15 6AJ. The role runs 30 hours per week, 39.2 weeks per year, with shifts 7:30am to 2:00pm, Monday to Friday.

You will prepare and serve nutritious meals, supervise kitchen staff, and uphold food safety and hygiene practices. You’ll manage stock, minimize waste, maintain records, and ensure high standards of cleanliness while delivering excellent food
