Clear Automotive in Northampton is seeking a Bodyshop General Manager to lead a high-performing, BSI-approved repair centre. You will manage an experienced team across trades and administration, with full accountability for operational success, financial results, and customer satisfaction.

The role offers autonomy within a growing repair group, with a competitive base salary up to £60,000 plus OTE£90,000+, and a £500 monthly car allowance. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position.
