Hywel Dda University Health Board is seeking a Band 7 Senior Sister to join Steffan Ward at Glangwili Hospital in Carmarthen. The ward focuses on Gastro, Oncology and Haematology with 18 beds, offering a challenging leadership opportunity for an experienced nurse.

The post holder will provide visible leadership, coordinate day-to-day operations, support patient flow and discharge planning, and work with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality patient-centred care.
