You will lead the technology strategy for a fast-growing marketplace, scaling the platform and team through a 10x revenue journey. Inheriting a 40-person product and engineering function, you will evolve architecture, implement advanced data and AI capabilities, and partner with the CEO to drive commercial success and operational excellence.
