We are currentlyrecruitingapproximately 10 HGVDriversto support amajorinfrastructure projectacrossArgyll & Bute.

Successful candidates willbe based fromOban, Inveraray, orLochgilphead, operating8-wheel tippervehicles with sleepercabsto support ongoingcivil engineering andinfrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate an8-wheel tippervehicle across variousproject sites.
• Transport materials, aggregates, and equipmentas required.
• Carry out dailyvehicle inspections andreport any defects.
• Ensure all deliveriesare completed safelyand efficiently.
• Comply with allroadtransport legislation andsite healthand safety procedures.
• Work closely withsite teams tosupport project operations.

Candidate Requirements

• ValidClass 1 (CategoryC+E)orClass 2 (CategoryC)HGV licence.
• Valid Driver CPCqualification.
• DigitalTachograph Card.
• Previous experience operatingtipper vehicles isdesirable but notessential.
• Goodunderstanding of vehiclesafety checks andtransport regulations.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able towork as partof a team.
