Senior Highway Operations Lead

Rochdale Council in Greater Manchester is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead the in-house highway operational delivery team, covering gully, pothole repairs, reactive work and out-of-hours call outs.

You will report to the operations manager, manage people, set objectives, monitor performance, and contribute to the revenue maintenance programme, including road resurfacing and drainage works, with a focus on safety and continuous service improvement.
