Strategic Director of Corporate Services & Finance

Rochdale Council is seeking an exceptional strategic leader to join our Leadership Team as Director of Corporate Services and Section 151 Officer. You will provide executive leadership across finance, ICT and digital, workforce and governance.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will shape the council’s financial strategy, ensure robust governance, drive transformation and resilience, and advise elected members on complex issues to deliver positive outcomes for residents.
