Hospice at-Home Care Professional

Birmingham Hospice is seeking a compassionate Health Care Assistant to join the hospice at home team, delivering personal care and supporting patients with life-limiting conditions in their own homes around Erdington and nearby sites.

You will work alongside urgent response nurses and clinical nurse specialists, using your initiative to adapt to changing care needs while respecting the spiritual, psychological and social requirements of patients and families.
