We have been exclusively instructed by one our clients, a leading sponsor, who is seeking a Corporate Associate to join their exceptional legal team. This role will work very closely with the business and have the opportunity to run their own deals from term sheet to signing.

• This role will suit a Corporate lawyer with experience in M&A/PE
• The successful candidate is likely to come from a leading law firm or equivalent in-house team with approximately 4 – 8 years of relevant post qualification experience, as a guideline.
