Teaching Assistants Required – Supply Work Across Teesside

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to join our supply team, supporting a range of welcoming primary schools across the Teesside area.

Whether you’re looking for flexible day-to-day work, short-term assignments, or longer-term placements, supply work offers a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a variety of school settings, develop your skills, and broaden your knowledge of different classroom environments.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience working with children within a primary school setting
  • Be adaptable, reliable, and confident supporting pupils across different year groups
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
  • Support class teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive learning experiences
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and behaviour management skills
  • Be passionate about helping children reach their full potential
