About the Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons.
- Working with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning.
- Delivering targeted interventions in literacy, numeracy, and phonics.
- Supporting pupils with additional learning needs, including SEND where required.
- Promoting positive behaviour and creating an inclusive learning environment.
- Assisting with classroom preparation and learning resources.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working within a primary school setting.
- A positive, proactive, and nurturing approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for helping children succeed.
