Key responsibilities

Manage all day to day aspects of the business, including:

• Recruiting, retaining and developing an efficient and high-performing team
• Rotas and payroll budget management
• Accountable for the financial performance of the restaurant, ensuring all targets are met with a focus on continuous improvement and growth
• Training the team across all aspects of the business
• Leading legal compliance across all parts of the business
• Creation and implementation of marketing plans to grow sales
• Reporting business health to senior management on a regular basis

Requirements

• Restaurant Management experience.
• People management experience, with the ability to keep the team aligned and motivated.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to ensure the team understand and deliver the company vision
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining attention to detail.
• A commitment to outstanding customer service
