What You’ll Be Doing
- Researching industries, companies and senior professionals across global markets
- Mapping talent and identifying the individuals shaping their sectors
- Speaking directly with senior executives and building long-term professional relationships
- Supporting live executive search assignments from briefing through to completion
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to provide valuable client insight
- Learning how executive search influences strategic hiring decisions for leading organisations
No two assignments are the same, giving you the opportunity to continually learn about new businesses, markets and leadership teams.
Who They’re Looking For
- A recent graduate with a strong academic record (ideally a 2:1 or above)
- Someone who demonstrates resilience, determination and a strong work ethic
- A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with people
- Naturally curious, commercially aware and interested in business and financial markets
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail
Previous executive search or recruitment experience is not required. The firm is looking for graduates with the potential, ambition and professionalism to build a long-term career in executive search.
