You’ll handle high-quality EL, PL and property damage claims across the South East, while also working on specialist exposures including product recall and entertainment liability — work that sits well outside routine casualty portfolios.
Because instructions are delivered on an hourly-rate basis, you’re trusted to investigate thoroughly, shape strategy and drive outcomes rather than manage claim volume.

Your role
Operating at Associate Director level, you’ll:
– Act as a technical referral point for the wider casualty team – Support and develop trainee adjusters – Influence investigation strategy and reporting standards – Help shape the future direction of the liability practice – This creates a practical pathway into broader leadership responsibility over time — not just a larger personal caseload.
