We’re seeking a dedicated professional to program, set, and operate CNC lathes and mills, ensuring high-quality results that meet exacting standards. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, this opportunity is for you.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in CNC programming, setting, and operation
• Experience with Fanuc controls preferred
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and machining various metals
• Ability to produce accurate, high-quality components and work within tight tolerances
• Knowledge of jig and fixture making
• Competency in reading and interpreting CAD/CAM files (beneficial)
• Capable of troubleshooting and adjusting programs to meet quality and production goals

Nice to Have Skills:

• Aerospace sector experience
• Familiarity with manual machines
• Additional CAD/CAM programming skills

Other Requirements:

• Commitment to quality standards per AS 9100
• Ability to meet production schedules and optimize cycle times
