You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer demand is met through accurate forecasting and production scheduling, helping to keep operations running efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.

The Role
As the Demand Planner, you’ll work closely with Customer Service, Warehouse, Production and Supply Chain teams to ensure products are manufactured and dispatched efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating weekly dispatch plans alongside the Customer Service and Warehouse teams.
- Managing demand planning and production scheduling.
- Liaising with internal teams to understand customer requirements and production priorities.
- Producing sales, operations and supply chain reports.
- Preparing works orders for production runs.
- Monitoring demand trends and supporting continuous improvements across the planning process.
To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have:
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in Demand Planning or Production Planning.
- Previous experience using SAP.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across different departments.
- A proactive, commercially aware approach to planning.
