Are you a recent graduate looking to gain hands‑on experience in schools across East London?
Teaching Personnel is working with a range of primary, secondary and SEN schools across East London boroughs, seeking enthusiastic and committed Graduate Teaching Assistants to support pupils both in and out of the classroom. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals considering a future in teaching, educational psychology or youth work.
The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant you will:
- Provide in‑class support across a range of subjects
- Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions for pupils with additional needs
- Support students with SEND, SEMH and learning barriers
- Assist teachers with planning, preparation and classroom management
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
The role is highly rewarding and offers exposure to diverse school settings across East London.

What We’re Looking For
- Hold a degree (any subject considered)
- Have a passion for working with children or young people
- Are resilient, proactive and adaptable
- Have an interest in education or SEN support
- Have experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
