The Opportunity
An established independent small animal practice is looking to recruit a Veterinary Surgeon to join its experienced and supportive team. This role offers a varied first-opinion caseload within a well-equipped, multi-site practice that places strong emphasis on clinical standards, teamwork, and continuity of care.
The position would suit a Veterinary Surgeon who enjoys a hands-on role and values working within an independent environment where cases are worked up thoroughly and clinical development is encouraged.
The Role
This is a first-opinion small animal Veterinary Surgeon position with a balanced mix of consulting and operating built into each working day. You will be supported by a large, experienced clinical team, with access to strong surgical backup and a broad range of in-house diagnostics.
A structured rota is in place, planned well in advance, offering protected breaks and a sustainable work–life balance. Flexible working patterns are available.
The Practice
You will be joining a long-established independent practice with excellent facilities, including multiple operating theatres, advanced imaging, in-house laboratory equipment, and comprehensive nursing support.
