Retail Shift Leader — Motivate, Manage & Drive Store Success

Lidl GB in the United Kingdom is hiring a Retail Shift Manager to keep our store running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. You’ll motivate your team, manage operations on the shop floor and take responsibility in the Store Manager’s absence.

We offer a competitive hourly rate (£15.45–£15.95) on a 35-hour contract, with enhanced benefits including 30–35 days holiday pro rata, 10% in-store discount, pension and long service awards. Night shifts and bank holidays are paid at higher rates.
